So in PE class we don't really study that much but the last two weeks Pak Irfan gave us task to do which is kind of tiring and complicated for me.
We were ask to do exercises like tabata, walking with family and do some daily challenges. There's one activity that I dislike the most, which is tabata because we should do 24 exercises in 1 day, so my body felt painful. Though this task might be tiring, it helps me to stay healthy during quarantine. That's all I've got to say, stay safe and keep exercise everyone!
